Katsina Goverment Re-Opens Schools In The State

Katsina Govermnet Reopens Schools In The State. The Katsina State Government has officially affirmed the reopening of Schools in Katsina State  today, 5th October, 2020. They announced to the public by the State Commissioner of Education, Prof. Badamasi Charanchi after a brief meeting with the stakeholders.
The corona virus (Covid-19) as we all know is a global pandemic which has been the worst pandemic in the history of humanity killing people in thousands around the world. Making Everything, Work places, Schools, offices , restaurant etc. to be on hold. The Katsina state government has called on schools to re-open after the lockdown.

Katsina Goverment Re-Opens Schools In The State

Prof. Badamasi explained that the resumption of all  primary and secondary schools in the state. (both private and public) takes effect from today Monday, 5th October, 2020.  Boarding students were  returning to to school on Sunday 4th October 2020.
He further explained that it was necessary in order to enable  schools finalize the second term of 2019/2020 academic session. which, according to him,  scheduled to end on 23rd October, 2020. More
The commissioner also added that it has been approved for the commencement of the 3rd term of 2019/2020 academic session. From 26th October 2020 to 5th February 2021.
He urged all the schools to pay adequate attention to all the Covid-19 preventive measures. In order to avoid the further spread of the disease. more
