The Scholarship grants an uncommon opportunity for graduates to pursue their Masters’ degree in a Low- or average-income country of the commonwealth.
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship is aimed to encourage students who are delegated to fostering changes in their individual communities.
The scholarships are life-changer medium to change their current environment and culture, to help expand their horizon and to build a global network that will take for a life-time.

- Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST), Kumasi
- The University of the West Indies
- Technical University of Kenya
- University of Nairobi
- University Malaya
- University Putra Malaysia
- University of Mauritius
- COMSATS University Islamabad
- University of Rwanda
- The State University of Zanzibar
Scholarships Eligibility.
- Every Citizens (or those with refugee status) in the Commonwealth countries are invited to join in the application.
- All Applicants are employed to apply in a country other than their country of origin or in their resident country.
- There is no higher age limit to participate for the QECS.
- At the time of completion of application forms you should have already finished with your degree program with a CGPA of 2:1. As part of the processes of application, the officials will ask you to submit a photocopy of your final year transcript and your B.ac certificate
Scholarships Benefits.
The Scholarship awardees will Receive
- Fully-funded tuition fees
- Living expenses allowance (stipend) for duration of award
- Return economy flights to their country of origin or residential countries
- Arrival allowances
- Research support grant – on request only down to subject to approval.

- Plan of Study
- Development Impact and Post Study Outreach
- Creating Networks
